Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a hands-on role in the daily operation of our Food &
- Beverage outlets, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and our team members feel supported, motivated and empowered to deliver their best.
From leading service in Parklands Social to supporting our restaurant, bar, events and conferencing operations, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example and making a genuine difference to both the guest and team member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily Food &
- Beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Inspire, motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of service,
presentation, cleanliness and compliance.
- Support the Assistant Food &
- Beverage Manager in driving revenue, managing costs and achieving departmental targets.
- Assist with team member training, coaching, onboarding and ongoing development.
- Ensure effective rostering, briefings and communication across the team.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care.
- Support the delivery of functions, events and special occasions.
- Promote a positive, inclusive and cooperative team culture.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to continuously improve our Food &
- Beverage offering.
