Role Overview:

As a Food & Beverage Attendant – In-Room Dining, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional food and beverage service directly to our guests' rooms. From preparing and delivering orders to ensuring every detail is presented to a high standard, you will provide warm, personalised and efficient service that reflects Marriott's renowned hospitality standards.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace, has strong communication skills and can confidently multitask and prioritise throughout a busy service. Previous food and beverage experience is desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide warm, friendly and professional service, creating a personalised In-Room Dining experience for every guest.
- Prepare, check and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and high presentation standards.
- Take and process guest orders accurately, responding confidently to menu enquiries,



dietary requirements and special requests.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless and timely delivery of orders.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction throughout the In-Room Dining experience.
- Manage multiple orders and priorities during busy service periods while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with the collection of trays, trolleys and equipment from guest rooms and hotel areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and organisation of In-Room Dining equipment and service areas.
- Uphold Marriott brand standards and consistently deliver high-quality service.

About You:

- Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with guests.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, enthusiastic and approachable personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (Queensland).
- Be available to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings,



weekends and public holidays.
