Early Bird Baristas Drive Thru, Bannockburn is currently seeking a bright, bubbly and enthusiastic Food Preparation / Café All Rounder to join our growing team.

As a valued member of our small family business, you will play an important role in the daily operations of the café. From crafting and preparing delicious food to creating memorable customer experiences, you'll help ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

We pride ourselves on homemade treats and making a fantastic first impression, so we're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, well-presented, efficient and passionate about baking and hospitality.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years experience, consistently producing high-quality treats, toasties, slices, sausage rolls etc.

- Minimum 1–2 years Customer Service experience, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Must have ongoing availability on: Mondays, Tuesdays 7:30am - 2pm, Wednesdays 7:30am - 2pm and Sundays

- Please note: Only applications with ongoing availability Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays will be considered.

- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

- Excellent communication and English language skills.





- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

- Must be reliable.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast paced team.

- Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.

Bonus Skills

- Barista experience in a fast paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Bake and prepare a variety of café favourites including toasties, zucchini slices, sausage rolls, slices, cookies and truffles.

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

- Prepare customer orders for front of house.

- Build genuine relationships with customers by recognising preferences and creating personalised experiences.

- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the café.

- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
