About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Food &

- Beverage Team Leaders to support our Food &
- Beverage leadership team across multiple venues within Bankstown Sports.

Reporting to the Food &

- Beverage Manager, this hands-on leadership role combines operational excellence with people leadership. Rather than being assigned to one venue, you'll be trained across a variety of outlets including Lady Banks Rooftop, Greenfield Station Bistro, La Piazza, Marrow &
- Co, Café areas and bars.

As a key support person within the Food &

- Beverage team, you'll assist with leading shifts, coaching team members, maintaining service standards and ensuring smooth daily operations wherever support is needed most. While the role has expanded beyond its original beverage focus, bar operations, beverage service standards, RSA compliance and beverage team development remain key components of the position.

This role offers exceptional variety and exposure, making it an ideal stepping stone for hospitality professionals looking to further develop their leadership career.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support Food &

- Beverage operations across a variety of venues and service styles

Assist Food &

- Beverage Managers with daily operations, team leadership and guest service delivery

Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve their potential

Drive exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction

Support beverage operations and uphold bar service standards and RSA compliance

Ensure venue presentation, cleanliness and service standards are consistently maintained

Support rostering, shift deployment and operational planning

Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and confidence

Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture





Assist with onboarding and training of new team members

Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and operational procedures About You

You're a passionate hospitality professional who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy variety, developing people and working across different venues while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Strong understanding of beverage service, bar operations and RSA requirements

Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or senior Food &

- Beverage role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

Confidence leading teams during busy service periods

Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills A proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail

Experience working in high-volume hospitality environments The ability to adapt quickly across different teams and venues

Current RSA, RCG and NSW Competency Card

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
