Foreman / Site Manager - $3.5M Renovation - Eastern Suburbs - 5 days per week

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to join a highly regarded residential builder delivering some of Sydney’s most detailed architectural projects?

This is a great opportunity to join a small, structured and multiple award-winning business with an impressive track record across high-end renovations and additions throughout the Eastern Suburbs.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of highly detailed residential projects, working closely with an experienced director and some of Sydney’s leading architects and designers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day running of high-end residential projects

- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers

- Drive programme, quality and attention to detail on site

- Read and work from architectural plans and documentation

- Work closely with the Project Manager and senior team

- Maintain a safe,



organised and professional site

- Solve problems and keep the project moving

Requirements:

- Experience across high-end residential construction

- Ideally experience as a Foreman / Site Manager, or a strong Leading Hand ready to step up

- Carpentry background highly regarded

- Strong understanding of architectural renovations and additions

- Confident managing trades and coordinating works

- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills

- High attention to detail and pride in your work
