An excellent opportunity exists for an accredited Forklift Operator for our day shift. With experience in the manufacturing sector and possessing good interpersonal and communication skills, we are looking for someone who can confidently work under minimal guidance.
Afternoon Shift - 3pm - 11pm The Role
This person will be a member will of an efficient and productive team, which ensures outcomes are achieved in the most timely and cost effective manner.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a solid background and be able to communicate with all levels of staff and outside personnel.
Responsibilities Include:
- Operating various pieces of equipment
- Operating forklift in conjunction with operating duties
- Liaising with other team members and departments
- Ensure that the team achieves all Standard Operating Procedures and KPI's
The Individual:
- Possess a strong output and "hands-on" work ethic
- Good organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service approach with outstanding communication skills
- Forklift License
- Must have a "can do"attitude with flexibility
- Australian work rights are required for this position
