We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy Direk team in a full-time, Monday to Friday AM shift role.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operating counterbalance and reach forklifts.

- RF scanning, picking and packing.

- Loading and unloading trucks.

- Moving and storing pallets within high-rise racking.

- Stock rotation and inventory checks.

- Ensuring dispatch accuracy, labelling and load restraint compliance.

- Adhering to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and safety standards.

What You'll Bring

- Current High Risk Forklift Licence.

- Previous reach truck experience.

- Experience using RF scanners.

- Transport, logistics or warehousing experience.

- Knowledge of load restraint and CoR requirements.

- Strong safety focus, reliability and teamwork.

- HR truck licence advantageous but not essential.
