About PsychProof

PsychProof is an Australian platform that helps organisations identify, document and manage psychosocial risks in a structured and defensible way. Our newest module, Change Planner, produces the psychosocial review that WHS regulations now expect before a workplace change: a signed, dated plan with hazards, controls, named owners, worker consultation and scheduled reviews, built in about twenty minutes.

Change Planner is designed for the changes that do not get a change manager. Current rosters, team moves, new managers, new systems, workload changes, small reductions. The changes HR and operations teams make every month.

The opportunity

We are looking for one Founding Change Management Partner. This is not an employee role. It is a commercial partnership for an independent HR, OD or change consultant, or a fractional Head of People, who already sits next to these changes and would rather hand the client a defensible plan than a conversation.

You bring client relationships and credibility in HR and organisational change. PsychProof brings the product, the regulatory mapping, the evidence trail and everything behind it. You do not need to be a WHS specialist; the platform carries that.

What you would do

- Introduce Change Planner to organisations where a change is already planned or under way.
- Run the first plan with the client,



or alongside them, using the platform.
- Help us refine the change-type library against what you see in practice.
- Tell us plainly where the product gets in the way.

Who we are looking for

- An independent HR consultant, fractional Head of People, OD or change consultant, or former HR Business Partner now contracting.
- Active client relationships with organisations of roughly 100 to 1,000 employees.
- Experience running restructures, roster changes, system rollouts or team changes.
- An interest in adding a product to your practice rather than building a new one.

Commercial arrangement

Revenue share on every Change Planner plan you originate, and a trailing share if the client moves to a PsychProof subscription within twelve months. No fee to join, no exclusivity, no fixed salary. You keep your practice. The arrangement is agreed in writing before any client work begins.

Location

Remote, anywhere in Australia. PsychProof is based in Queensland. Involvement is fractional and structured around client opportunities.
