Act as the fractional CFO for a portfolio of clients, ranging from high-growth tech start-ups to large-scale construction businesses. Work alongside our Director, who has extensive CFO and advisory experience. Our accounting and bookkeeping teams handle the support work so you can focus on value-add advisory. Mostly offsite, with some onsite placements directly with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on business acquisitions and exit strategies
- Design and advise on Employee Share Ownership Plans (ESOPs)
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and valuations
- Manage capitalisation tables for start-ups and growth businesses
- Attend client board meetings and present financial insights
- Partner with business owners on strategy, funding and growth
About you
- 5+ years' experience as a Financial Controller or Financial Analyst
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to boards and business owners
- Eager to gain exposure to advisory, strategy and corporate finance
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards) highly regarded
