Take accurate food and beverage orders, process them via the Point of Sale system, communicate dietary needs or allergies to the kitchen, and run food and drinks to tables. Cash Handling Operate the register, handle cash and EFTPOS transactions, and reconcile daily takings accurately. Maintenance and Cleanliness
Clear and sanitise tables, wipe down counters, restock retail displays or drinks fridges, and keep the customer areas and restrooms tidy. Teamwork Support back of house and bar staff during peak rushes to ensure quick, efficient service.
