We’re looking for warm, confident and switched-on Front of House team members to join SOAK across our South Yarra and Elwood salons.

This isn’t a traditional salon reception role.

SOAK combines premium beauty services with hospitality and a fully licensed bar, so our Front of House team sits right at the centre of the entire experience.

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for

- Welcoming and checking in clients
- Managing bookings, appointments and client enquiries
- Serving cocktails, wine, champagne and non-alcoholic drinks
- Processing payments and retail purchases
- Helping clients understand our services and products
- Supporting Nail Technicians and Beauty Therapists throughout the day
- Maintaining presentation of the salon and bar
- Helping solve client issues quickly and professionally
- Creating the warm, fun and elevated experience SOAK is known for

ABOUT YOU We’d love to meet someone who is:

- Confident learning booking, POS and digital systems

- Genuinely interested in beauty, hospitality or both

Previous experience in hospitality, beauty, premium retail, reception or customer service would be ideal. Beauty industry experience is not essential, personality, initiative and customer service matter more to us.

Pay: $34.76 – $46.53 per hour
