Gain hands-on experience in our Hotel Front Office team while completing a Certificate III in Business. You'll learn valuable customer service, communication, and administration skills while working in one of North Queensland's leading hospitality destinations.

About the Qualification The Certificate III in Business provides practical training in:

- Customer service and guest interactions
- Communication and teamwork
- Business administration and operations
- Workplace technology and professional skills

This qualification can open pathways to a variety of careers in hospitality, administration, and business. The Commitment

- 1-year traineeship program
- Complete 375 workplace hours over the traineeship
- 1 day per week working at The Ville during school hours
- 1 additional training day every 6 weeks with CTA Training Specialists





About You

- Entering Year 10, 11 or 12 in 2027
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Able to balance school, work, and study commitments
