Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in store and over the phone.
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, and close sales.
- Work towards individual and store sales targets.
- Support daily store operations and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Drive customer vehicles and collect deliveries as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative, professional team environment.
About you
- Previous experience in retail.
- At least one year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven ability to convert inquiries into sales.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- A professional approach to customer service and store presentation.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Australian work rights.
- A full driver’s license is preferred.
