What you’ll do

- Turn function briefs into well-prepared spaces and clear team briefings
- Lead food and beverage service while working alongside your team
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to keep timing and presentation on track
- Be the host’s point of contact, keeping them informed and confident throughout
- Handle changes and guest requests, calling on venue leaders when needed
- Oversee secure setup and pack-down,



including moving furniture and equipment

What you’ll bring

- Experience supervising functions and events in a busy hospitality venue
- Strong bar and floor service skills and confidence leading a team
- The ability to organise people, prioritise tasks and adapt when plans change
- An energetic, positive leader who leads by example and brings out the best in their team
- A current Queensland RSA
- Availability for peak function periods, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
