Are you organised, confident communicating with people and looking for a meaningful way to give back?

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Fundraising Support Volunteer to assist our fundraising team with donor communications, event administration and general office support.

Your contribution will help our team build strong supporter relationships and deliver successful fundraising activities that ultimately support families when they need it most.

What you’ll be doing

Depending on the needs of the team, you may:

- Make friendly support and follow-up calls to donors and supporters
- Help with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with event ticketing and follow-ups
- Provide general administrative and operational support
- Help our fundraising team stay organised during busy campaigns and events

About you

You don’t need to be a fundraising expert. We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly and confident communicating with people
- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a computer and completing basic administrative tasks
- Able to work professionally with supporter and donor information
- Happy working as part of a team while also managing individual tasks
- Keen to contribute to a cause that makes a real difference

Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system, or Canva, would be a bonus,



but isn’t essential.
