The Phoenix Hotel Point Cook are looking for customer service superstars to take on the role of Gaming Supervisors & Attendants.

We have positions available for immediate start, day, night and overnight hours available, Monday to Sunday, must have RSA and RSG.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
- Investigating and resolving customer queries
- Uphold our high standards of providing excellent hospitality
- Ensure venue is a clean and welcoming space
- Adhere to current VCGLR regulations and company policies

These positions require the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights and weekends. RSA qualifications are required. Gaming specific qualifications can be applied for whilst on the job or at a later date. Previous experience and qualifications will be held in high regard.

Pay: $26.53 – $49.89 per hour
