As Duty Manager, you'll oversee evening operations across the venue, ensuring exceptional service standards, gaming compliance, team performance, and a smooth close each shift. A flexible roster over 7 days includes both day and evening shifts. Optional 4 day roster or casual employment may be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and supervise venue operations across bar, bistro & gaming.
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met
- Completing venue close procedures, daily reporting and cash reconciliations
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and confidently
- Ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety are maintained
- Driving a positive team culture and guest experience throughout the shift
About you
- Previous Duty Manager, Supervisor or Senior Hospitality experience
- RSA and RP Badge and relevant Gaming qualifications essential
- Strong understanding of gaming compliance and venue close procedures
- Confidence working autonomously and making decisions independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Availability to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
- A proactive,
self-motivated approach and strong attention to detail
