We’re looking for a Gardener to join our Facilities team and help keep our clubs and outdoor spaces looking their best.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation and has a passion for keeping gardens and grounds well maintained. You’ll work across any of our Clubs, so no two days will be the same.

Reporting to our Facilities Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive team where everyone pitches in and gets the job done.

What you’ll be doing:

Gardening & Grounds Maintenance: Carry out regular mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, planting and general grounds maintenance.

Outdoor Presentation: Keep gardens, lawns, sporting grounds and surrounding outdoor areas clean, tidy and well presented.

Grounds Care: Assist with maintaining fields, gardens, pathways and other outdoor areas across our clubs.

Equipment: Safely operate and maintain gardening tools, machinery and equipment as required.

General Upkeep: Identify and report maintenance issues around outdoor areas and assist with general upkeep when required.

Seasonal Maintenance: Undertake seasonal gardening and grounds tasks to ensure our outdoor spaces remain healthy and presentable throughout the year.

Compliance & Safety: Work in accordance with CSC Group policies, procedures, safety requirements and relevant legislation.

Teamwork: Work closely with the Facilities Manager and wider team to ensure our venues and sporting clubs are maintained to a high standard.

About You:





We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, landscaping or a similar role

- Has practical knowledge of gardening and outdoor maintenance

- Is confident using gardening tools, machinery and equipment

- Takes pride in presentation and attention to detail

- Enjoys working outdoors and being physically active

- Has excellent communication skills

- Works well independently and as part of a team

- Has robust time management skills and can prioritise tasks

- Is physically capable of undertaking manual work and outdoor duties

- Has a current manual driver's licence

- Holds, or is willing to obtain, First Aid and CPR

- Has a current Police Check, or is willing to obtain one
