We are on the hunt for a General Manager with a passion for late night venues to lead, inspire & ignite the fire that is Goros!

The Role

As General Manager of Goros, you’ll lead one of Surry Hills’ most exciting late-night venues, where cocktails and beverage are at the heart of the experience, backed by great music, high-energy service and an electric late-night atmosphere.

We’re looking for an experienced beverage-led nightlife operator who lives and breathes bars. You’ll bring strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, understand what makes a drinks program commercially successful, and know how to build a bar team that delivers quality, consistency and speed — even when the venue is pumping.

You’ll have proven experience leading a fast-paced, high-volume late-night venue, with strong knowledge of licensing, regulatory compliance and late-night operations. From the first cocktail through to late-night trade, you’ll set the standard for drinks, service and atmosphere, creating an experience that keeps guests coming back.

You’ll take ownership of the venue’s performance, including beverage strategy, financials,



profitability, team development, recruitment and rostering, while partnering with our beverage and marketing teams to deliver standout events, collaborations, promotions and activations.
