We are looking for an exceptional hearts and minds General Manager to lead the Our Vet clinic business nationally.

In recent years, our 20 Our Vet clinics, co-located within the PetO retail stores in QLD, VIC, NSW and ACT, have been through a period of significant change, and at all times, have continued to provide exceptional GP veterinary service and care for our clients and patients. Our NPS and client feedback attest to this.

For the first time, we are opening the opportunity for applications for this exciting, dynamic and impactful leadership role. To be successful, the GM Our Vet will leverage exceptional people skills and business acumen to lead our clinics to deliver high quality service and care, while providing a profitable and valuable ‘under one roof’ service to Our Vet and PetO customers.

THE ROLE

Through P&L; ownership, the GM Our Vet will achieve revenue and EBITDA targets via business management, clinical standards, customer experience and team member engagement. This is a hands-on role with a key focus at all times on consistency in patient outcomes, and the leadership of a high performing One Brand, One Standard, One Culture mission.

VIC - Preston, Thomastown, Maribyrnong, Melton, Point Cook, Rowville, Springvale, Pakenham, Mornington, Geelong

QLD - Browns Plains, Macgregor, Underwood, Capalaba, Viriginia, Kawana

NSW - Lidcombe, Shellharbour, PetO Vet Pods

ACT - Tuggeranong

As GM Our Vet, you will partner with your executive colleagues in Brand, People and Culture, Finance and Property, work side by side our Chief Veterinary Officer and Vet and Vet Nurse Advocacy Groups,



and manage your direct reports of Cluster Managers/Vet Business Managers in each state to:

- Strengthen clinic culture by fostering alignment, engagement and shared purpose
- Lead, develop and motivate through a hearts and minds culture within clinics
- Ensure national delivery standards of professional and personal veterinary care to our clients and patients at all times
- Drive a consistent Our Vet and PetO point of difference through commitment to the Customer/Client Promises, client service, team engagement, community reputation and brand recognition, that delivers quantitative outcomes and customer loyalty
- Plan, problem solve and organise resources to deliver on P&L; budget, KPIs, forecast and agreed project deadlines
- Continue to role-model Our Vet values, Customer Promises, standards and ways of working

APPLICATIONS To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as a strategic multi clinic Business Manager within veterinary services, pet healthcare or similar leadership role
- 5+ years’ experience managing a diverse geographically dispersed team
- Experience managing clinic performance locally and centrally including P&L;, forecasting, KPI setting and monitoring
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- The drive to foster a supportive and positive clinic environment
- Ability to travel interstate on a regular basis
