The practice is an established registrar training site and offers a supportive environment with experienced management, reception and nursing staff. A nurse is available every day, while the General Manager and Practice Management team provide additional operational support. The clinic uses Best Practice software, and individual GPs have flexibility over how they structure their appointment books.

The nearby Research clinic, approximately 3 km from Eltham, is also DPA and services a similar patient demographic with comparable billing patterns. The two locations can therefore be considered as a combined opportunity for a GP looking to establish a strong patient base across the area.
