Role Description The Graduate Broker Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in West Leederville, WA. This position supports mortgage and finance brokers with day-to-day administrative and client-facing activities, including preparing documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role involves assisting with loan applications, liaising with lenders and clients to gather required information, tracking application progress, and following up on outstanding items.

and contributes to delivering a professional and efficient customer experience. The position also includes support with basic insurance and finance product queries, compliance checks, and general office administration to ensure smooth workflow for the brokerage team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients, lenders, and team members.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess foundational Brokerage skills or a strong interest in mortgage and finance brokerage, with a willingness to learn industry processes.
- Candidates should possess basic Insurance knowledge or the ability to quickly develop an understanding of related products and compliance requirements.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business, commerce, or a related field (or progress toward completion) is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and the ability to work accurately under time constraints are important.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and the ability to learn brokerage systems is expected.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning will be highly regarded.
