- 75 hours per fortnight, 18 month maximum term contract
- East Melbourne with occasional travel to other office locations

We are growing and are seeking a Graduate – Learning & Organisational Development to support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of people initiatives that enhance employee capability, engagement and organisational performance.

Working in an impactful organisation alongside experienced professionals, you will gain practical experience across learning and development, leadership and organisational development, employee experience, PDR process, HR systems and project management. The role will provide you with an opportunity to develop broad capabilities while contributing to meaningful organisational outcomes.

Specifically, the position is responsible for:

- Act as a first point of contact for L&OD; enquiries, providing responsive and qualified support
- Contribute to preparation of a range of communications and presentation (including PowerPoint) and course materials
- Organise training logistics including invites, liaise with managers, employees and training providers and report on course completion rates
- Maintain learning records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist with the administration of employee surveys and evaluation of learning programs and prepare reports on participation and outcomes

To be considered for this position, you will require:




- Recently completed (or nearing completion of) a tertiary qualification in one of: · Organisational Development

· Psychology/ Organisational Psychology

· Human Resource Management or a related discipline

- Demonstrated relationships building skills with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Exposure to coordinating projects or events
