Start your career with the support to become a confident MSK physiotherapist
Your first years as a physio shape the clinician you become. At Phytness HealthCare, we don't just give new graduates a caseload and hope for the best. We invest in you with a structured education program, protected one-on-one training time and mentors who want to see you succeed.
Your graduate education program

- Close mentorship. You'll have a mentor who knows your caseload, reviews your progress and helps with complex presentations as they come up.
- Hands-on MSK skill development. Build your assessment, clinical reasoning, manual therapy and exercise prescription skills across a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Regular in-services and case discussions with the wider team
- Pilates training / CPD allowance / course support
