Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt | Holman Webb Graduate Program provides a collaborative, energetic and supportive environment where you can grow, develop and succeed!

Our 12-month program is designed to align with your future goals and aspiration, offering the unique opportunity to tailor your experience through one of two specialized streams: Insurance and Corporate.

Both streams offer more than just exposure. You’ll be provided the chance to actively participate in matters and work closely with the Partners and their team. You will be given the opportunity to enhance your technical knowledge and accelerate your personal development, supported by a structured framework.

Commercial Practice Stream

As part of this stream, you will rotate every six months through Corporate Commercial and Litigation & Dispute Resolution.

A day in the life could mean tackling a range of complex legal issues from Corporate Advisory and M&A; transactions to conducting legal research, preparing court documents and supporting clients through commercial disputes, insolvency matters and litigation proceedings.

Our Insurance Practice Graduate program

Dive into a hands-on experience with rotations every six months in 2 of the following practice groups of your choice: Workers Compensation, General Insurance and our Health team.

Engage with diverse insurance matters including liability, workers compensation, health and sensitive claim matters, personal injury, and professional indemnity. You will collaborate with insurers on claims investigations, manage litigation, and explore alternative dispute resolution.

Eligibility And Application Process

We’re looking for people with passion who will bring energy, ambition and innovation to Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt | Holman Webb. To be eligible, applicants must:

- have completed a LLB (or equivalent) by the time the program commences
- be eligible to hold a current NSW Practising Certificate
- have less than 12 months post admission legal work experience
- Have work rights in Australia
