As a Graduate Project Officer, you help deliver Council’s Western Sydney Infrastructure Grant Program and other transformational projects that support the growth of Blacktown City. You work closely with project managers, consultants, contractors and Council teams to coordinate projects from planning through to delivery. Your work includes preparing project plans and budgets, managing tender and RFQ processes, supporting contract administration, maintaining project registers and records, and preparing reports, briefs and correspondence for Council and senior stakeholders.

You monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues and help keep projects on track, within budget and aligned with project objectives. You contribute to audits, business cases, capital works reviews and governance requirements while building strong relationships across Council and with external partners. Every project you support helps deliver infrastructure, facilities and workplace improvements that benefit employees and the community.
