Hello Harry (Toowoomba) is seeking an experienced Chef / Grill Cook to join our team. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers in our Toowoomba restaurant location.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a wide range of menu items to the highest standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
- Contributing to menu development and ensuring consistency in food quality
- Supervising and training kitchen staff to uphold food safety and kitchen procedures
- Working closely with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Chef or Grill Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create delicious meals
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Relevant food safety and hygiene qualifications
- Must hold any recognised food safety and hygiene certification
- Australian work rights are essential,
including valid work visa holders
