About the Role You'll deliver safe, engaging and inclusive classes that help members achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.
Depending on your qualifications and experience, you may lead:
- Reformer Pilates classes
- Aqua fitness and aqua aerobics sessions
- Mature Movers and active ageing programs
- Other group fitness classes as suitable
While instructing will be your primary focus, there may also be opportunities to assist with member enquiries, memberships and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment within our facilities.
About You
You are someone who

- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Can motivate and inspire members of varying fitness levels
- Prioritises member safety and wellbeing
- Brings energy, professionalism and positivity to every class
Essential Requirements
- Relevant fitness qualification aligned to the classes being delivered
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Working With Children Check
- Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent
- Relevant instructor accreditation for Pilates Reformer, Aqua Fitness and/or Mature Movers programs
