SustainHealth are working with a regional health service in Victoria seeking an OT with hand therapy experience to join their team permanently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 12+ months of hand therapy experience to help re-establish and shape a much-needed hand therapy service , with supervision and support available from experienced senior clinicians.
The team are also super friendly, with many of the Allied Health team often getting together for surfing, hiking, dinner and more! Feel included from day one in a warm, welcoming hospital and community environment.
The role includes:
- Post-operative and ongoing hand rehabilitation
- Wound management, debridement and suture removal
- Semi-acute and chronic presentations, including arthritis
- Working closely with the surgical team
- Some community OT work, with flexibility around the caseload
- Ongoing clinical support and supervision
