HC Drivers Wanted
Keep the Water Flowing with Ulan Water!
Ulan Water Pty Ltd is growing fast and we’re on the lookout for experienced HC Drivers (and HR drivers keen to upgrade) for an immediate start. Based near Gulgong, NSW (just 25 minutes from Mudgee), we’re a family-owned business supplying drinking water, transport and earthworks to local mines, civil projects, and the surrounding community.
If you’re ready to help keep the region hydrated (and earn solid coin while you’re at it), we’d love to have you on board.
Why Join Ulan Water
- Competitive above-award pay rates – because valuable drivers deserve good money
- Home each night – local work, not long hauls or nights away
- Family-owned & operated – you’re a name here, not a number
- Full-time hours from day one (casual start)
- Permanent role within ~3 months for the right team members
- Opportunity to upskill – learn to operate loaders or excavators when work allows
- Supportive, safety-first team that values reliability and a good sense of humour
What We’re Looking For
- HC Licence (or HR Licence with plans to upgrade)
- Truck & Dog, Float or Water Cart experience preferred
- NHVR experience highly regarded
- Strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
- 6:30 am starts, 5–7 days per week (weekends as required)
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- CS Health Medical & mine inductions (preferred)
- Willingness to help with site or ground maintenance when needed
- Zero-tolerance for drugs and alcohol – random testing applies
What’s On Offer
- Above-award rates and steady full-time hours
- Permanent role within 3 months for the right people
- Work close to home for a better work/life balance
- Be part of a down-to-earth team keeping the water (and good vibes) flowing
