About the Role
-Days: Wednesday to Sunday (cafe hours)
-Menu planning and creating contemporary café-style dishes
-Food preparation and ensuring smooth service during busy periods
-Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
-General kitchen maintenance and ensuring equipment is cared for

-Ability to design and update a café-style menu
-High attention to detail, hygiene, and food safety standards
