With a fully refurbished commercial kitchen featuring brand-recent equipment and facilities, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing food operation and build a dining experience that members are proud to call their own.

As a key member of the Club's Management Team, you will play an important role in shaping the future direction of food services across the Club, from casual member dining and café offerings through to premium event catering and special dining experiences.

- Create weekly signature specials

You may currently be

You will bring
- Trade qualifications

- Strong leadership skills

- Menu design and cost control experience

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A commitment to exceptional customer service

Experience in golf clubs, private clubs, resorts or function venues will be highly regarded but is not essential.
