Head of Clients and Capital

Sentinel Property Group is seeking a high-calibre Head of Clients and Capital to join our growing team!

Lead the capital strategy behind one of Australia's leading property investment groups

Sentinel Property Group manages more than $2 billion in assets across Australia. Our portfolio includes landmark shopping centres such as Caneland Central and Casuarina Square, as well as large-format retail, office and industrial assets. We're now looking for a senior capital-raising leader to help drive our next stage of growth.

As Head of Clients & Capital, you'll report to the COO and sit on the senior management team. You'll work directly with the CEO and COO and have real influence over how Sentinel raises capital, grows its investor base and brings new products to market.

You'll own the full investor relationship. That means deepening relationships with existing wholesale investors and opening doors with financial advisers, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private equity and institutional investors. You'll also lead a team across investor relations, research and sales, and set the standard for clear, timely and insightful communication with the market.

What You’ll Bring

- A proven record of raising capital from wholesale investors, gained in investor relations, capital raising or funds management, ideally in property or real estate
- Experience leading teams and operating at senior management level
- Experience developing and launching new fund or product structures
- Strong commercial and financial skills, with a deep understanding of property funds, asset management and capital markets
- An established network across advisers, HNWIs, family offices and institutional investors
- The ability to present complex investment information clearly and confidently,



including as a public speaker
- A strategic, collaborative leadership style
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related discipline

- Willingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally, and to work flexibly across time zones

What You’ll Do

- Lead capital raising and sales across every wholesale investor segment, deepening existing relationships and opening doors with financial advisers, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private equity and institutional investors.

- Develop new fund and product ideas from market trends, investor feedback and Sentinel's track record, and help screen deals so opportunities match what investors want.
- Plan and lead domestic and international investor roadshows, and represent Sentinel as a speaker at industry events and investor forums.
- Own the investor story by delivering our communications strategy, including quarterly fund reports, market commentary, briefing notes, pitch decks and investor presentations.

- Lead and mentor the investor relations, research and sales team, setting a clear standard for accountability, collaboration and excellent client service.
- Partner with the capital transactions, asset management, leasing, development, marketing and finance teams to support Sentinel's growth.
