Summary Of Job Responsibilities

Head of Data & Analytics Department work with relevant department such as IT, Business, and other department to Structure, collect, and manage the data with an objective to provide an insight to relevant stakeholder to manage their performance, make better decision on timely manner. The department also ensure the data quality, data integrity, and data usage with high standard of data privacy. Leverage the data to drive new products, services and enhance customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Managing team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.

- Creating policies and procedures regarding collecting, managing and analyzing data

- Ensure tasks, requested reports and ad-hoc requests from stakeholders are complete on timely manner with high level of accuracy.

- Ensure standard reports and dashboards are develop for users.

- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective enterprise data governance and data integrity.

- Achieves financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective and preventive actions.

- Maintain high level of staff discipline, confidentiality, and retention.

- Create a high performance and critical thinking team

- Developing automated and standardized reports for business as well as within AMK.

- Analyzing data and providing actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions and drive business growth.

- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and develop dashboards and reports to track and measure performance against these metrics.

- Oversee reporting requirements and changes and approve them to ensure all reports are consistent within the organization and well communicated with MIS on the requirements.

- In charge on roll out announcement of newly developed dashboards/reports as well as usage training to ensure that users are well informed and can use it.

- Support business as well as marketing on the ad-hoc data analysis and reports needed.

- Support business on yearly budgeting to ensure on the data completeness and quality.

- Leading data related initiatives projects.

- Use predictive modeling to improve customer experiences, revenue generation, customer product usage and/or targeting and other business outcomes.

- Develop the tools to monitor outcome, which allow business owner to quickly take corrective actions.

- Develop process and tool to monitor and validate data accuracy as well as the models quality currently in used.

- Work with stakeholders on overall accuracy, completeness and consistency of data and ensure the data does not get misused.

Qualification And Experiences

- Bachelor ’s degree in statistic, economic, data science or related skills;

- Big data, data architecture experience exposure/experience (data platforms, data engineering, data pipeline concepts, etc.)

- Data governance framework exposure/experience;

- Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis. Machine learning / predictive modeling experience is plus

- Proficiency with analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to business objectives.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

- Good interpersonal skills,



ability to relate well to others;

- Strong ethical aptitude, and ability to work independently without close supervision;

- At least 5 years of relevant work experiences and in management role.
