We're hiring: Head of Operations (Perth)

Hola Health is growing rapid, and this is the role that keeps the business running as it does, while also shaping where it's headed next. The Head of Operations is the most operationally accountable role at Hola Health. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own live performance, customer experience, and the single biggest cost line on the P&L;, including unit economics (contribution margin per consult) and the full doctor lifecycle: onboarding, activation, retention, credentialing and rostering.

You'll also own clinical operations and compliance, operations performance and planning, and ownership of a major strategic partnership. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll shape Hola's operational strategy and future operating model, this role is as much about building where we're headed as running where we are today.

Some days that's a strategic call on capacity planning or a partnership relationship; other days it's stepping into a live issue and building the process to solve it on the spot, because it doesn't exist yet.

This isn't a role with a clearly defined remit waiting for you, it's one you help build. You'll work closely with our Chief Clinical Officer and wider leadership team, with genuine cross-functional influence rather than a narrow operational lane.

We're looking for someone who's run live, time-critical operations at real scale, think marketplaces, on-demand logistics, delivery, rideshare, field services or healthcare operations, who's owned a real cost line and moved it, and who's comfortable leading a team of managers, not just individual contributors.

If that sounds like you, let's chat!
