About the role

Lead Alloggio's Port Stephens holiday management portfolio, combining strategic commercial thinking with hands-on execution. You'll drive growth and revenue, manage owner relationships, oversee guest and property standards, and represent Alloggio within the local tourism and business community.

Duties

- Generate and convert new owner leads to grow the local portfolio
- Manage owner relationships, contracts and issue resolution
- Optimise pricing, yield and booking performance with the central Revenue team
- Lead, coach and develop the local operations team
- Own the guest journey and resolve escalations in collaboration with central support

Skills & Experience





- Proven experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, real estate or tourism
- Strong commercial acumen with proven full P&L; management
- Confident decision-maker with strong leadership skills
- Experience or aptitude in dynamic pricing and yield management
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g. Guesty, RMS, HomHero)
