About the role

No two days are quite the same when you’re supporting someone in their own home. From preparing meals and helping around the house to offering social support, getting out into the community traveling between client’s homes and simply being there for a friendly chat. Most importantly, you’ll work alongside each person to support their choices, routines and goals.

About you

You are a warm, reliable and practical person who enjoys making a positive difference in someone else’s day. You’re happy to roll up your sleeves when needed, but you also understand that great home care is about connection, respect and giving people the confidence to do things their way. You’ll bring:

- Experience in aged care, community services, home support or a similar role is valued, but we’re also open to people with the right attitude and transferable experience.
- A genuine interest in supporting people to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Confidence helping with everyday household tasks, meal preparation and social or community activities.
- The ability to build trusting relationships and communicate warmly and respectfully with clients, families and colleagues.
- A current Driver’s Licence and access to a roadworthy, WA-registered vehicle with appropriate insurance.




- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months).
