Senior Guest Service Agent

Our boutique hotel is looking for a Senior Guest Service Agent to join us on the front desk. In this role, you will be the anchor of our front-of-house team. While you will be fully front-facing—delivering exceptional service to our guests on the desk—you will also take ownership of our reservations flow, booking accuracy, and complex travel agent communications.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in troubleshooting and is ready to mentor other team members to help elevate our overall desk standards. If you have hotel front desk experience and are ready for more responsibility, this is your next step.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

- Innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations
- Liasing with travel agents, managing reservation amendments, cancellations and booking-related issues
- Skilled at collaborating within teams, as well as working independently

- Resolve guest issues with confidence, care, and minimal fuss
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations
- Previous experience in bar service is desirable
- Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Housekeeping Supervisor Are you an experienced hotel housekeeper ready to step up, take ownership, and lead by example? We are a boutique hotel looking for a full-time, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to drive our cleanliness standards and lead our close-knit room attendant team.

This is not a "clipboard-only" role. You will be right there on the floor with the team—stripping beds, cleaning rooms, and tackling the daily rush together—while managing room inspections, daily room allocations, and linen inventory. If you have experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the drive to take on real operational responsibility, we want to hear from you.

- Lead by example by actively cleaning rooms, stripping beds, and servicing public areas alongside the team during peak periods.
- Inspect rooms meticulously post-cleaning to guarantee all boutique cleanliness and presentation standards are fully met before releasing them to the front desk.
- Coordinate daily room allocations and assign workloads fairly based on occupancy, staff numbers, and checkout times.




- Train and mentor new and existing housekeepers on efficient cleaning techniques, safety standards, and room presentation.
- Manage linen stock and housekeeping supply inventory, including tracking levels and coordinating with external laundry services.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged room items immediately to ensure repairs are handled before the next guest check-in.

Experienced Barrista

- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
- Provide warm, engaging and personalised service to every guest.
- Confidently operate and maintain commercial coffee equipment.
- Take guest orders accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Use your knowledge of the menu to make recommendations and identify sales opportunities.
- Manage coffee orders efficiently during busy service periods.
- Maintain presentation, quality and consistency across all beverages.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, takeaway supplies and other barista stock.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised and fully stocked throughout service.
- Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders and equipment in accordance with procedures.
