As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will work alongside our dedicated team to maintain spotless guest rooms. Your attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. Specifically, this role will involve:
- Maintain high standards by cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.
- Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.
- Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.
- Building strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to help foster a positive, respectful work environment.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in daily tasks
- Excellent personal presentation
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role
- Confident communication skills and positive manner
- A keen eye for detail
