The Role

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for all things people and culture. You’ll manage recruitment, on boarding, compliance, and employee engagement and training programs—helping our team thrive and our leaders succeed

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and on boarding processes.





- Support leaders with HR advice, policies, and compliance.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.

- Organise training, development, and wellbeing initiatives.

- Assist with payroll and HR administration.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Australian HR processes and legislation.

- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.

- Warm, approachable communication style and a passion for people.

- Experience training supervisors.

- Computer proficiency.
