Your new company

Join an established organisation with operations across Australia in a varied People & Culture position. You'll work as part of a collaborative P&C; function, building trusted relationships with employees and leaders while supporting the delivery of responsive and practical people solutions.

Your new role

As the People & Culture Partner, you will be a key point of contact for leaders and employees, providing practical HR advice and support across a broad range of operational and employee relations matters.

- Partnering with leaders and employees and building strong stakeholder relationships
- Coaching managers through performance, conduct, grievance and attendance matters
- Supporting performance management processes and assisting with investigations
- Managing employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, contracts, internal movements and offboarding
- Supporting organisational change and people initiatives
- Supporting WHS and return-to-work processes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting workforce reporting
- Supporting payroll-related employee changes
- Contributing to policy and HR system implementations
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience
- Supporting workshops, training and broader regional P&C; initiatives




- Travelling to campuses to build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

What you'll need to succeed

- 3-5 years' generalist HR experience
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline
- Experience managing operational HR and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting employee relations and performance matters
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and relevant awards
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence coaching and advising leaders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A current driving licence
- A Working with Children Check
