The Human Resources Officer coordinates recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, reporting, and the employee lifecycle administration to ensure all services are staffed with qualified and compliant employees

Responsibilities include:

- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and broader HR policies, procedures, and system
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen workforce capability through effective recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration




- Support the People and Culture Manager to forecast workforce demand and identify capability gaps
- Support the People and Culture Manager in designing and delivering inclusive, timely and targeted recruitment campaigns to attract and onboard the right talent
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including preparing and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications and coordinating interviews
- Ensure recruitment, employment, and HR administration practices comply with relevant employment legislation, industrial instruments, and organisational policies
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process while providing candidates with necessary information and timely feedback

Desire Skills and experience:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field
- Experience preparing employment correspondence and maintaining employee records
- Experience using HR and Payroll systems
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills to meet strict deadlines
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- WWCC/Police check
