HR Business Partner 12 month contract.

Fast-paced logistics | Transformation & change | Broad HR generalist role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced logistics business going through a period of transformation and change. It is covering a maternity leave contract of 12 months.

This is a hands-on, operational HR role where no two days will necessarily look the same. You’ll partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, providing practical HR support while helping the business navigate change. You will be supported by a team and not have any direct reports.

Your remit will include

- Employee relations and day-to-day HR advice
- Recruitment, onboarding and employee movements
- Performance and talent processes




- Engagement and culture initiatives
- Learning and development
- Remuneration and annual HR processes
- Workforce planning and organisational change
- HR policies, processes, systems and reporting

We’re looking for a robust HR generalist who is comfortable working at pace, can juggle competing priorities and enjoys being visible and connected to the business. If you like HR roles with breadth, energy and change, this one will keep you interested.
