About the opportunity
As a Human Resources Graduate, you’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals and operational leaders to attract, develop and support the people behind our business.
This is not a role where you’ll spend your entire graduate year observing from the sidelines. You’ll be encouraged to get involved, build relationships and contribute to meaningful work from the beginning.
No two days will be the same.
You could be supporting recruitment and onboarding activities one day, contributing to workforce planning or employee development initiatives the next, and assisting with HR reporting or business improvement projects later in the week.

About you
We’re looking for someone who is curious, approachable and genuinely interested in people. You’ll enjoy building relationships, asking questions and learning how a large operational business works.
You may have recently completed or be in the final year of a degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business
- Commerce
- Psychology
- Organisational Development
- Industrial Relations
- A related discipline
You’ll also

- Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn

- Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence
