HR Generalist | Permanent Opportunity | Melbourne – Northern Suburbs

$125,000–$130,000 + superannuation | Hybrid working arrangement

Method are partnering with an established global organisation to appoint an experienced HR Generalist to join its People & Culture team in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

This is a broad and varied generalist position, working closely with the business to provide considered, commercially focused HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle.

The role offers exposure across:

- Employee Relations and performance management
- Employee engagement and employee experience
- Leadership support and HR advisory
- Learning and development
- People & Culture initiatives and continuous improvement
- Regional and global People & Culture projects

We are seeking an experienced HR skilled with 5+ years’ generalist or business partnering experience,



together with strong Employee Relations capability and a sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and contemporary HR practices. You will be confident building trusted stakeholder relationships, providing practical and balanced advice, and managing a broad range of people matters with professionalism and discretion.

Previous experience within a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment would be highly regarded.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement of four days in the office and one day working from home, together with flexibility to commence the working day at either 7:30am or 8:00am.
