INGRITY invites recent graduates to apply for our 2027 Graduate Program. You'll work on complex digital, data and AI problems for some of Australia's largest organisations across financial services, insurance, property, strata management, energy, forestry, retail, quick-service restaurants and state government. Our graduates scale fast, take on real responsibility early, and grow rapidly.

About The Program The INGRITY 2027 Graduate Program builds technical depth and consulting capability together. You'll learn to turn data into decisions and to communicate those decisions with confidence to senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applicants from relevant academic backgrounds, including:

- Education: A degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, R, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics platforms.
- Attributes: A passion for data, commitment to continuous learning, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Eligibility To be eligible for the INGRITY 2027 Graduate Program, you must have:

- Full working rights in Australia (Temporary Graduate Visa, Australian permanent residency, or citizenship).
- Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree from an Australian university in 2025 or 2026.
- Availability to start full-time in early 2027.

Selection Process and Training Applicants shortlisted following interviews will be invited to a six-week, in-person Digital, Data and AI training program. The program is free to attend and unpaid. It combines instructor-led sessions with practical exercises covering key analytical tools, data processing techniques and consulting fundamentals. Each area of training includes assessments of your technical skills and problem-solving ability.

Places are not capped: job offers are made on merit, based on assessment results and overall performance throughout the program.
