Now were looking for an experienced Inner Urban KDRB Sales Manager to play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into sales outcomes, and ensuring the continued growth of Glenvill's Inner Urban KDRB business across Melbourne.
About The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for driving sales performance, supporting and developing a high-performing team, building strong referral and industry relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Inner Urban KDRB sales and administration team.
- Drive sales performance and achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to support business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, developers and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the KDRB and Inner Urban market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Support the delivery of a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to handover to Operations.
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Drafting, Estimating and Operations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ensure sales documentation, CRM records and customer information are maintained accurately.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Champion Glenvill's values, service standards and commitment to design excellence.
About You
- Proven experience in residential construction sales leadership.
- Strong understanding of the Knock Down Rebuild and/or Inner Urban housing market.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop successful sales teams.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven CRM and sales management system experience.
- A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outstanding outcomes.
- Robust commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
