About The Role

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inspections Manager or Property Management Assistant who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.

Working with our Property Management team, you'll be responsible for conducting routine inspections,



completing condition reports and supporting the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio. This hands-on role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your property management skills and build a rewarding long-term career in real estate.

What You Will Bring

- An Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate.

- A current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

- A current Police Check.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and renters.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
