What your day could look like

Each day will be varied, collaborative and highly impactful as you support Installer Network Strategy & Growth across SEC’s growing home electrification program. You’ll build strong relationships with installation businesses, identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the network, onboard new partners and contribute to the future direction of a program that is making renewable energy more accessible for Victorians. Your ability to balance commercial priorities with long-term strategic outcomes will be key to driving growth and impact.

You’ll also support Partner Relationship & Commercial Performance, acting as a trusted partner to installers while building credibility, navigating complex conversations, resolving challenges and creating value across the network. Alongside this, you’ll champion Performance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement, ensuring partners consistently meet safety, quality and regulatory standards while driving operational improvements that enhance customer experiences, strengthen accountability and deliver high-performing, scalable program outcomes.

What you need to be successful

You’re a commercially savvy relationship builder who thrives in environments where strong partnerships, operational excellence and customer outcomes go hand in hand. With experience working alongside contractors, trade partners or service networks, you know how to balance growth, accountability and compliance while building trusted, long-term relationships. You’re equally comfortable influencing stakeholders, driving program improvements and navigating complexity, bringing the organisation,



structure and adaptability needed to deliver results in a rapidly evolving industry.

- Proven experience in account, contractor, relationship or program management, with a track record of building robust commercial partnerships, managing stakeholder networks and driving performance across complex operational environments.
- Strong commercial, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, lead change, build credibility with diverse stakeholders and deliver positive outcomes through collaboration and influence.
- Experience within energy, electrical, solar, construction, infrastructure or trade-based industries, supported by knowledge of contractor compliance, digital platforms and partner management. Exposure to regulated environments, industry accreditation frameworks and mentoring team members will be highly regarded.
