Client Services Officer – Insurance

The prospect

You’ll help turn insurance advice into action, keeping applications, policy changes and claims moving while making the process easier for clients. You’ll work closely with Insurance Advisers, service providers and our wider team. Your attention to detail and follow-through will help clients receive timely support and keep their records accurate.

You’ll also build your technical skills across policy research, implementation and claims, with training and development guided by the Head of Insurance.

Your work will help clients feel informed and supported, and give advisers confidence that their advice is being put into action





- Make the insurance process easier for clients – Clear communication and timely follow-up will help clients understand what’s happening and what they need to do next.
- Help clients put their protection in place – Keeping applications and policy changes progressing will help turn their adviser’s recommendations into cover.
- Provide steady support when clients need it most – Helping clients navigate claims will give them a clear point of contact during what can be a difficult time.
- Keep the team working from accurate information – Well-maintained records and clear file notes will support smoother handovers, fewer avoidable errors and consistent client service

What you’ll bring

- Previous local experience in life insurance customer support or administration.
- An understanding of life insurance applications, underwriting and policy servicing.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn new systems and workflows.
- Clear communication, strong customer service, attention to detail and the ability to organise competing tasks and coordinate with offshore teams.
- Familiarity with insurance CRM and workflow systems.
